Man Partially Ejected From Car Killed In Philadelphia: Police A man was killed in a crash through a fence in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 28, police announced that evening.  The driver of a Ford Explorer lost control and crashed the vehicle through a wooden fence in the 4500 block of Fisher Lane in the 15th District, around 1:11 p.m., the police detailed in the release.  The man driving the Explorer was partially ejected out the driver's side window, PPD explained.
