Tractor-Trailer Rollover Cause Closure At PA Turnpike Ramp In Lancaster A tractor-trailer rollover crash has caused a closure at the on-ramp for the Pennsylvania Turnpike/Interstate 76, officials said.  The tractor-trailer flipped at Colonel Howard Boulevard in the eastbound lanes leading to the PA Turnpike/I-76 entrance from Route 222 around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28, according to East Cocalico Township police and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  "Both lanes will be closed for approximately 1-2 hours," the police wrote in a release.
