A third man has been arrested in connection with the killing of 27-year-old Shaheim "Mugga" Carr of York, on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, court documents show.
The dad of two was found shot dead in the 300 block of West Philadelphia Street in York at 11:13 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, as Daily Voice first reported. More than two years after a UPenn student from New Jersey died, her family has settled their wrongful death suit against Panera.
Sarah Katz, of Jersey City, died at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center on Sept. 10, 2022, according to her obituary.
