Suspected Fraudulent Voter Registrations Discovered In York: BOE Three Pennsylvania counties are investigating possible voter registration fraud, as mail-in ballots are rapidly coming in.  Approximately 2,500 voter registrations dropped off at the Lancaster County Board of Elections could be fraudulent, the county commissions and County District Attorney Heather Adams announced at a joint press conference on Friday, Oct. 25.
