Kimberlee Mae Parker, 29, was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at approximately 3:36 p.m., in the 100 block of South Second Street in Chambersburg, according to the release.

First responders determined Parker was under the influence of a combination of THC, fentanyl, and norfentanyl at the time of the crash, police said. A minor child was also in her vehicle. A search of her vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance, police added.

Two days later, on Thursday, Aug. 29, Parker was found unresponsive in her vehicle in the parking lot of the Giant Food store at 993 Wayne Avenue, the release states. First responders revived her and determined she was again under the influence of the same substances.

Parker has been charged with one count of DUI (drug-related) under Pennsylvania Title 75, one count of endangering the welfare of a child under Pennsylvania Title 18, and two counts under Pennsylvania Title 35 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Court documents in the charges went not immediately available.
