Philly Judge Refuses To Block Musk's $1M Voter Lottery: Report A Philadelphia judge denied a request to block the $1 million voter lottery Elon Musk and his America PAC have been holding in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Nov. 5, a report states. Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court Judge Angelo Foglietta rejected the request made by the city's district attorney, Larry Krasner, whose lawsuit argues that the lottery is illegal in Pennsylvania, according to an NBC 10 News report.
