“Several months ago, due to health concerns, I entered the hospital for some testing,” Kean said in a speech on the House floor. “I was given the diagnosis of depression. Ford Motor Company issued the recall for 741,195 vehicles, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report filed on Wednesday, June 24.
