Woman Struck By Vehicle At Busy Lancaster County Intersection A woman was injured after being hit by a vehicle at a busy intersection in Lancaster County on Tuesday morning, Dec. 3, emergency dispatchers said. The pedestrian was struck at Route 896 and Lincoln Highway East/Route 30 in East Lampeter Township around 8:15 a.m., authorities said. She was transported to a hospital for treatment. Her condition was not immediately available. Police remained at the scene as of late Tuesday morning. East Lampeter Township police are investigating the crash. This is a developing story. Fake Cop With Lights, Siren Stops Vehicle In Chester County: PSP He dressed like a cop and used lights and siren to pull someone over in Chester County, but wasn't a real police officer, authorities said. The fake cop pulled over a vehicle on Route 1 near Route 896 in Upper Oxford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Avondale Station in a press statement on Friday, Sept. 13.  The incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, State Police said.
