Police Fatally Shoot Armed Man After PA Domestic Incident Leads to Pursuit Philadelphia police fatally shot an armed man following a domestic disturbance that escalated into a gunfire exchange and vehicle pursuit through Southwest Philadelphia on Sunday evening, Nov. 10, authorities announced the following day. The incident began around 6:12 p.m. when officers from the 18th District responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on the 5400 block of Chancellor Street, police said.
