Man Accused Of Beheading Dad, Posting YouTube Video, Testifies At 1st Hearing: Bucks DA
Justin Mohn, the Middletown Township man who allegedly beheaded his father and posted a disturbing 14-minute-long YouTube video holding his father’s head testified for two hours Tuesday, Sept. 10, authorities announced.
Mohn also allegedly called for violent attacks against members of the federal government, according to Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn.
His father was a government worker.
After testimony at his preliminary hearing at the Bucks County Justice Center, Mohn, 32, was ordered held for trial for the Jan. 30, 2024, killing of his father, the DA said.

Police ID Armed Carjackers Who Stole Vehicle With Infant In Upper Darby: 'Armed And Dangerous'
Police have identified two suspects at large following an armed carjacking in which a vehicle was taken with an infant inside in Upper Darby Friday afternoon, Aug. 30.
Phillis Fugah, 23, from Upper Darby, and Ian Dean, 21, of Philadelphia, approached a man waiting for his wife on West Chester Pike around 3:10 p.m., UDPD Superintendent Timothy M. Bernhardt said.
"During a struggle, the suspects managed to take the vehicle, unaware that a 2-month-old child was still inside," Bernhardt said.

A convicted felon suspected of robbing a 7-11 store at gunpoint in Bucks County has been arrested, authorities announced on Wednesday, Aug. 14.
Christopher Yelverton, 42 of Philadelphia, was charged with Robbery, Theft, Persons Not to Possess Firearms, Terrorist Threats, and related charges.
Yelverton was being held in Bucks County Prison on $75,000 bail, according to court records.

A Philadelphia man allegedly brandished a gun and threatened an Abington resident at their home, according to township police.
Donte Vaughn, 40, is being held in lieu of a $99,000 bond, court records show.
The victim told police that Vaugnh showed up at his Walnut Avenue home three times on Friday, July 26, threatening to "shoot this place up" and telling a second victim "I’ll stitch you up too."

Shots were fired during a domestic dispute at an Allentown home Friday morning, July 26, according to city police.
