A man accused of spitting on a police officer and acting violently while intoxicated was arrested in Pen Argyl on New Year’s Day, Slate Belt Regional Police said. Aidan Patrick Seitter, 20, was arrested after police were dispatched to 211 E. Pennsylvania Avenue for reports of a "highly intoxicated and violent" man at 1:28 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025, authorities said. Man Arrested With 'Weapon Of Mass Destruction' Was Wanted In Northampton County
A 42-year-old man from Northampton County was arrested on a warrant related to his possessing an explosive device, authorities said. Thomas Stocker Jr. was arrested on Friday, Aug. 30 in Monroe County, according to Slate Belt Regional Police. One of his charges is possessing or manufacturing weapons of mass destruction, police said. Ryan Peck, 34, of Forks Township, died from blunt force injuries following a crash near the 5600 Block of Kesslersville Road in Plainfield Township on Aug. 15, as Daily Voice previously reported.
