$20K Reward Offered In Fatal Double Shooting: Philadelphia Police One man is dead and another was hospitalized after a double shooting in Philadelphia on Thursday, Nov. 7, police said. The shooting involved a 51-year-old Hispanic man who was shot in the chest and right leg and a 34-year-old Hispanic man who was shot once in the left shoulder, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.  This happened on the highway at 100 East Somerset Street at 11:07 a.m., police said.
