Patrol Car Rear-Ends SEPTA BUS: PA State Police A police patrol car rear-ended a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority bus, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on Wednesday, Oct. 2. The crash happened on East Ridge Road before the intersection with Cosgrove Street in Trainer Borough at 11:32 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, PA State Police detailed in the release.  The SEPTA bus was westbound and a Trainer Borough police Ford Interceptor, driven by Officer Jason Donnelly, was following behind, according to PSP Media Trooper Ryan Wolk.
