FL Man Registers To Vote In Multiple PA Counties: Usdoj A 62-year-old man from Huntington Valley registered to vote in Florida and Pennsylvania during the last presidential election and other elections, authorities said. Philip C. Pulley was charged with falsely registering to vote, double voting, and election fraud, according to U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C.
