A 27-year-old man has been charged with raping a woman he knew in Forks Township, authorities said on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Eddie Cary Colon was charged with felony rape by forcible compulsion and indecent assault by forcible compulsion, a misdemeanor, Fork Township police said in a press release.
