Accident Or Homicide? Shooting Leaves 17-Year-Old Boy Dead In PA The difficult task of ruling whether an "accidental" shooting may be a homicide is up to authorities in Luzerne County, Daily Voice was told on Friday, Sept. 6. A teenage boy was fatally wounded with a gunshot wound to his chest in Nanticoke on Sunday, Sept. 1, authorities said.
