Second Arrest Made In Deadly Allentown Nightclub Shooting
A second man has been charged in connection with the deadly shooting outside an Allentown nightclub that killed 32-year-old Ivan Diaz Jr. and injured three others, authorities announced on Saturday, Feb. 8.
Pedro Junior Paulino, 35, of Allentown, surrendered to police and is charged with Criminal Homicide, three counts of Attempted Murder, three counts of Aggravated Assault, Person Not to Use or Possess a Firearm, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License – Prior Conviction, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan.

Stabbing At Trader Joe's Warehouse Leads To Worker's Arrest: PA State Police
A stabbing at a Trader Joe's Warehouse in Northampton County led to the arrest of a worker on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Cristian Burgos Vasquez, 39, a worker at the warehouse located at 6835 Silver Crest Road, East Allen Township, stabbed a co-worker multiple times with a knife following a verbal argument, state police said in a news release.
Troopers from Troop M in Bethlehem arrived on scene, treated the victim's wounds, and arrested Vasquez at 6:49 p.m., according to the news release. The victim was then taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg.

Motorcyclist ID'd After Crash Into Tractor-Trailer: Lehigh County Coroner
A 29-year-old motorcyclist from Monroe County was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer in Northampton County, authorities said.
Robert Swain, of Coolbaugh Township, was pronounced dead on Wednesday, Sept. 4, shortly after 7 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio. The cause of death is multiple traumatic injuries, Buglio said.
Swain was the motorcycle operator that collided with a tractor-trailer at about 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3 on Route 22 westbound in Bethlehem, Buglio said.

Woman Dies After Fall From Golf Cart In Monroe County: Coroner
A West Virginia woman died after falling from a golf cart in Middle Smithfield, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
Brenna Abbinanti, 35, of Mount Clare, died from blunt-force trauma to the head on Friday, July 12, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, officials said.
The accident happened a week earlier on Saturday morning, July 6, on the 6000 Block of Timothy Lake Road, according to the coroner. She was reportedly a passenger in the golf cart.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating, the Coroner's Office added.
