Mugshot Released Of Philly Murderer Arrested For Killing In York County A mugshot has been released of a convicted murderer under arrest after two people were found dead in South Central Pennsylvania on Wednesday morning, Oct. 9, authorities say.  Rangel Vangas, 53, most recently of York but previously of Philadelphia, was arrested on the scene of the double slaying and charged with two counts of Criminal Homicide, Springettsbury Township police detailed in a release. Man Wanted For Trump Sign Thefts In Upper Merion Township: Police (Photos) A man is wanted for stealing and damaging Trump lawn signs and flags, the Upper Merion Township announced in an updated release on Thursday, Sept. 26.  Over the past two weeks, there were reports of criminal mischief and theft at a home in the 100 block of Nancys Lane in the Brandywine Village neighborhood, the police detailed in a release. The homeowner reported that on several occasions, flags and Trump lawn signs were damaged and stolen by an unknown man.
