Missing Fire Police Captain's Car Found, Search Continues: PA State Police A Fire Police Captain's vehicle has been three days after he went missing, Pennsylvania State Police say. The Laurel Fire Company in Windsor Fire Police Captain Tony Bortner was last seen on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17, PA State Police explained on Monday, Oct. 21, and as Daily Voice previously reported.
