7-Year-Old Girl Fatally Shot in Face While at Her Home: Philadelphia Police A 7-year-old girl was fatally shot in the face inside her Philadelphia home on Sunday, Nov. 3, police said.  Officers responded to the incident on the 3800 block of I Street around 2:27 p.m., where they found the girl, later identified as Mia Andujar, with a gunshot wound. Mia was transported to St. Christopher’s Hospital and was pronounced dead at 2:39 p.m., according to authorities. Responding officers secured a firearm found at the scene.
