PA Amish Farm Accident Requires Multiple Ambulances (

Multiple ambulances were called to an accident on an Amish farm on Saturday, Oct. 18, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The call regarding a "traumatic injury" at the farm located in the 200 block of Paradise Lane in Paradise Township came into LCWC at 12:20 p.m. Details about the incident have not been released, but we know Pennsylvania State Police are investigating. A 21-year-old man died in an airborne crash into a utility pole, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, Sept. 29. Ryan Stiver, of the 300 block of Gap Road in Ronks, has been identified as the man who died in a single-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Strasburg Road/Route 741 in Paradise Township at 9:25 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, as detailed by PSP Lancaster Trooper Paul Price and identified by Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber the following day. The 53-year-old man who died in a head-on crash involving a tractor-trailer on Lincoln Highway/US Route 30 has been identified, according to the York County Coroner's office on Thursday, July 25. A 5-month-old infant and seven other Amish people were hospitalized after being rear-ended by an allegedly drunk and high driving, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, July 22.
