The collision happened around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Williams Grove Road and Broad Street, the closest intersection to Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School, in a marked 25 mph zone, according to emergency dispatchers and Google Maps. The crash happened at South Queen Street and East College Avenue in York City at approximately 8:18 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers.
