Car Slams Into York County Home: Fire Officials (

A car plowed into a home in Etters early Thursday morning, Sept. 12, fire officials announced. Firefighters were called to car into a home in the 2300 block of Old Trail Road at 12:36 a.m., according to the Newberry Township Fire Department and York County Department of Emergency Services. The front end of the sedan was inside the home when firefighters arrived, as seen in photos they shared. No injuries were reported. The estimated cost of the damage was unavailable.

Exactly 28 minutes after a mobile home fire was reported, firefighters found an unconscious man and soon a call for a coroner was made on Thursday morning, according to York County Department of Emergency Services dispatchers and police. The man has been identified as a 54-year-old grandfather, Tracy "Duke" Emig, according to a release by the Northern York County Regional Police Department. York Restaurant Reopens After Car Backs Into It
A popular family restaurant closed suddenly on Tuesday morning after a car slammed into it, the owners announced. Stonybrook Family Restaurant, located at 3560 East Market Street was forced to close after someone backed into a corner of the brick building on July 9, as the owners explained in a Facebook post. "One person was taken for medical evaluation," as stated in the post. Springettsbury police, EMS, and firefighters responded to the crash.
