Michael Pierce Charged For Sharing Child Porn: Police A Stevens man has been charged with possessing and sharing child pornography following a two-month investigation, East Cocalico Township Police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 17. Michael Pierce, 50, was charged with possession of child pornography, dissemination of child pornography, and criminal use of a communication facility, according to police. Pierce was arrested in Stevens on Tuesday, Dec. 10. Pierce’s preliminary arraignment was held, and he was released on non-monetary bail, authorities said. His preliminary hearing is pending.
