Hit-Run Motorcyclist Sought By Police In West Reading
Have you seen this man? The motorcyclist pictured below fled the scene of an accident, police in West Reading announced on Sunday. The hit-and-run crash happened at Delaney Traffic Circle near the exit to Buttonwood Street on June 23, as detailed in the police release. He did not stop to provide his name and insurance information, according to investigators — they also noted that his motorcycle did not appear to have a license plate. Amish Toddler ID'd By Family After Fatal Lancaster Farm Accident
A 3-year-old Amish boy has died following an incident on his family's farm on Tuesday night, Lancaster County Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber announced on June 5. Benjamin S. Blank “had been in a farming-related accident involving a piece of ventilation machinery for [a] barn," Chief Deputy Coroner Bieber stated in the release and according to his obituary. A Berks County dad has died days after a motorcycle crash, the Northern York County Regional Police announced on Wednesday. Nicholas "Nick" Street, 33 of Mohnton, died at WellSpan York Hospital at 2:05 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4 from injuries he suffered following a motorcycle, the NYCRPD detailed. "He was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he struck a bridge," the police stated in the release. Patrol Car Strikes 5-Year-Old Girl, Philadelphia Police Say
A child was hospitalized after being struck by a police car in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday night, June 4, authorities say. A patrol officer hit a 5-year-old girl on the 1600 block of South Ithan Street just before 7:30 p.m., PPD said.
