Philly Purse-Snatching Suspect Pepper-Sprays Woman At Bensalem Motel: PD A 44-year-old purse-snatching suspect from Philadelphia was arrested after he allegedly pepper-sprayed his victim at a Bucks County motel, announced in a release on Monday, Sept. 16. Horace Clay was later arrested and charged with the robbery, Bensalem Township police said. Bensalem Township police were called shortly after 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14 to the Comfort Inn at 2779 Lincoln Highway.
