Osha Investigating Fatal Fall From Cherry-Picker At Philly Construction Site, Official Says The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) is investigating the Friday, Sept. 6 fatal fall of a  47-year-old man from a cherry-picker crane that toppled over and crushed a utility work van in West Philadelphia, authorities said.
