A District man is on the long road to recovery after suffering a traumatic brain injury in a violent ATV hit-and-run that nearly took his life. Jack Shannon was walking along the sidewalk in the 600 block of Michigan Avenue, NE, late in the afternoon on Thursday, Feb. 13, when an ATV sped down the walkway and struck him from behind, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Philadelphia 'Proud Boy' Sentenced For Jan. 6 Capitol Riot: Feds
A Delaware County man was sentenced to 100 days in prison for charges related to the US Capitol riots on Jan. 6, 2021, according to federal prosecutors. Brian Healion, 33, of Upper Darby, previously pleaded guilty to one count of civil disorder in February, said the US Attorney's Office.
