Explosion Rocks PA Home, Injuries Reported (Breaking) An explosion and fire tore through a Pennsylvania home along South 9th Street just after 12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, disptachers explained.  Firefighters and emergency responders were called to the scene of a reported house explosion followed by a fire along the 300 block of South 9th Street in Connellsville just after noon, Fayette County 911 confirmed.
