Hearing On Challenged Provisional Ballots In Cumberland Scheduled: Officials After numerous challenges to provisional ballots in Cumberland County officials have scheduled a hearing. The Cumberland County Commissioners have voted to conduct a hearing to review the challenges to provisional ballots.  It will take place in Courtroom 1 of the Cumberland County Courthouse at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14.
