2 Wanted For Swapping Political Signs Between Properties In Chester County: Police Two men were seen swapping political signs between two residences in Chester County, according to police. The two men were caught on a surveillance camera moving political signs and American flags between the two properties in the Indian King Development in West Whiteland at 2:08 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the West Whiteland Police Department. While moving the signs and flags, the two men damaged property and caused an unreleased amount of damages, police said.
