Philly Man Arrested After Fleeing From Officers In Stolen Vehicle: Williamsport Police A Philadelphia man was arrested in Williamsport after fleeing from officers in a stolen vehicle, according to police. Dontay Jamal Robinson, 36, is facing multiple charges after he attempted to flee from police in a stolen Chevrolet sedan on Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Williamsport Bureau of Police said in a news release. Robinson was driving the vehicle in the 900 block of Campbell Street in Williamsport when an officer noticed that he failed to come to a complete stop at an intersection before turning west on Rural Avenue, according to police.
