A home health aide is accused of shooting her disabled boyfriend, dismembering his body, and enlisting family members to help dump his remains in a suitcase and trash bags in Philadelphia, prosecutors announced.

A 14-day-old baby suffered seven fractures, facial bruising, abrasions, and a torn frenulum while in the exclusive care of the child’s parents, police announced in a release issued Tuesday, June 2.
Pebbles Byers and Brett Dailey, both of South Broad Street in Jersey Shore Borough, were arrested following an investigation into the newborn’s severe injuries, police said.
The investigation began when detectives received a ChildLine report about a newborn taken to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville after medical staff found multiple fractures on Saturday, March 21, according to police.
