Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed Against Eastern PA Man: Police A Warminster man was arrested for vehicular homicide on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to police. Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said. Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police. Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.

The fatal crash happened at 220 East Street Road at around 6 a.m., Warminster Township Police detailed in a release. The unidentified teen walked away from his group home in Warminster, police said. The date and time he disappeared was not shared. 7-Eleven Armed Robbery Caught On Video In Bucks County Warminster police are looking for two suspects in an armed robbery. The pictured men walked into the 1483 W Street Road 7-Eleven just after midnight on Saturday, June 8, authorities said.  They robbed the clerk at knifepoint and made off with "various items," police said.  Authorities have released stills from the store's video surveillance system showing both suspects.
