Students Targeted With Racial Texts In PA School District Officials are investigating after several Montgomery County students were the targets of explicitly racist text messages that were also sent to Black and Brown students in several states since Election Day. PA Child Hit By Car Walking To School Bus Hospitalized: Police A 12-year-old student is in the hospital after the were struck by a passing car while crossing the street to get on the school bus, East Cocalico Township Police announced on Wednesday, Oct.23. Police were called to a report of a person struck at the intersection of North Reamstown and Bunker Hill roads at 7:07 a.m.  Officers arrived to find the 12-year-old student "laying on the pavement after being struck by a vehicle," the police said.
