Chalfont Man Throws Feces-Covered Clothing Out Of Moving Car, Gets Arrested: Police Reports of a man throwing fecal-covered clothing out of the window of his vehicle led to his arrest, police said in a Thursday, Nov. 14 news release. Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department.
