Girl Riding Bicycle Struck By Mom With Preschooler In Car: West Lampeter PD A mom driving her 4-year-old daughter struck a girl on a bicycle leaving her with "severe head injuries," the West Lampeter Township Police announced on Friday afternoon.  The young bicyclist was struck at the intersection of Wiker and Frances avenues around 6:40 p.m., the police detailed in the release.  The girl had been riding her bike without a helmet going north on Frances Avenue, investigators explained.
