Russians Made Bomb Threats To Multiple PA Polling Places: FBI (Update) Called-in and emailed bomb threats prompted evacuations at multiple polling places, the district's attorney's office confirmed on Tuesday, Nov. 5. The following morning the FBI informed they believe Russians were responsible. Threats were made at locations across Pennsylvania, according to a statement by Governor Josh Shapiro at a press conference on election night. None of the threats were credible, the Gov.
