A Bethlehem man who pleaded guilty to Third-Degree Murder in a 2023 homicide and robbery was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 21, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office said. Abner Juarbe, 19, was sentenced to serve 22 to 50 years in state prison, according to the district attorney's office. Authorities have ruled that the 39-year-old man shot dead in Allentown over the Labor Day weekend was a homicide. Terrence Brunson, of Allentown, Brunson was pronounced dead on Monday, Sept. 2, at about 11:20 p.m., according to the Lehigh County Coroner.
