Florida Man Took Woman Against Her Will From Pennsylvania To Virginia Hotel, Police Say A Florida man visiting Virginia is facing charges after allegedly abducting a woman against her will from Pennsylvania and taking her to a Woodbridge hotel over the weekend. Oak Hill native Robert Buchanan, 64, was arrested following an investigation into a reported abduction of a 30-year-old woman who was taken on Thursday, June 27.
