Perry County Man Sentenced For Forcing Oral Sex: Cumberland DA A man from Shermans Dale has been sentenced to up to nine years in Pennsylvania State Prison for forcing another man to perform oral sex, authorities said. Jordan Lee Rhoads was sentenced by Judge Jessica E.
