'Extreme Staffing Shortage' At PD Requires Help From PA State Troopers A Delaware County police department with a severe staffing shortage will soon receive help from state police troopers, the Pennsylvania State Police said. Troopers will be providing overnight patrol and investigatory coverage for Collingdale Borough beginning Thursday, Oct. 31, according to a news release.
