Police Two teenagers were hospitalized after a shooting at the Creekside South Apartments in Lancaster Township on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2024, according to the Manheim Township Police. Officers responded to the 1500 block of Passey Lane at 6:23 p.m. after reports of a shooting, arriving one minute after being dispatched by Lancaster County-Wide Communications, police said in a release. Hit-Run Hospitalizes Woman In Manheim Township, Police Say A 75-year-old woman is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, Manheim Township Police announced on Monday morning, Oct. 21. The woman was found lying on the side of the road in the 100 Block River Drive in Lancaster Township at 9:08 a.m.  She was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.  "A witness heard the impact and then saw a dark-colored sedan flee southbound," the police wrote in the release.
