Nursing Home Worker Videos Herself Exposed To Elderly Residents: Affidavit
A Lebanon County nursing home employee is accused of exposing herself to elderly residents in a video she recorded while on duty, South Lebanon Township police announced Thursday, Nov. 14, and detailed in court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Friday, Nov. 15. Karelys Enid Cruz-Velazquez, 25, was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct after police responded to Cedar Haven Nursing Home at 590 South Fifth Avenue on Oct. 31, 2024.
