Lancaster Discord User Charged With Sexual Abuse Of Children: Police
A Lancaster City man has been charged with Sexual Abuse of Children due to his activities on the website Discord, police announced on Monday, Oct. 21. Kenneth Stuart Rader, 60, of the 300 block of Travis Lane was arrested on Friday, Oct. 18. The charges come following an investigation into a CyberTipline report of child pornography on Discord.
