Crash Blocks Route 30 Lanes, Causes Major Delays In South Central PA A crash involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle is causing significant traffic delays on Route 30 in West Hempfield Township, authorities confirmed on Wednesday morning, Nov. 20. The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes near the Prospect Road exit around 6:30 a.m., according to dispatch. The tractor-trailer is reportedly stuck in a construction hole, completely blocking all eastbound lanes at Roosevelt Avenue in York City, dispatch said. 30-Year-Old York Mom Killed In US Rt 30 Crash ID'd: Lancaster Coroner A 30-year-old mom woman is dead following a multiple-vehicle crash involving entrapment that closed all lanes of US Route 30 East in part of Lancaster County, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 4.  Dayanara Santiago most recently lived in the 200 block of South Duke Street of York City, according to Chief Deputy Coroner Eric Bieber.
