Fatal Garbage Truck Crash Closes Route 15 (Update) A fatal crash involving a garbage truck closed Route 15 in Clinton Township, Lycoming County, early Saturday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said in a release. The crash happened at 5:03 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, along the 6800 block of US Highway 15 South, just south of McNett Road.
