Teen Killed In High-Speed I-81 Crash ID'd: Details Released By PA State Police, Family A high-speed crash on Interstate 81 southbound in East Pennsboro Township claimed the life of a 19-year-old Harrisburg man, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Sunday, Dec. 15. The fatal crash occurred at mile marker 62.6 at approximately 9:43 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, according to PSP Trooper Joshua Hoerner. Muhammad Shezal Ali, 19, of Harrisburg, died at the scene after being ejected from his 2009 Honda Civic, police said. Tractor-Trailer Plows Through Middletown Wendy's, Slams Into Holiday Inn (Photos) Foggy eye-glass lenses supposedly caused a tractor-trailer to plow through a Wendy's into a Holiday Inn in Middletown on Friday morning — two things we know for sure, this isn't how late in drive-thru or hotel check-ins work.
