Suicidal Driver Charged With Homicide For Striking Pedestrian Into PA Toy Store: Affidavit A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk.  The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street. Dustin Micheal Harbaugh, 37, of Lebanon, was convicted for causing the crash that killed Jason Carl Blauch, 38, of Myerstown, according to the DA and his obituary posted by Rohland Funeral Home Inc. Motorcyclist, 26, Killed In Hit-Run Crash Was From Mount Pocono A 26-year-old motorcyclist from Mount Pocono was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Monroe County, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 on State Route 611 at Cayuga Drive in Coolbaugh Township.
