Surveyors with the National Weather Service confirmed an EF-0 tornado touched down in Clarion County on Tuesday, June 4, bringing 75 mph winds and damaging storms. 'Propulsion Of Missiles' Into Occupied Car In Chambersburg, Police Say
A Chambersburg man jumped out of his car and hurled a black object at another vehicle with someone inside, police announced on Tuesday, May 13. Luis Angel Asencio, 23, launched the object in the unit block of Lincoln Way West on Monday, May 12, striking the victim’s vehicle and causing damage, according to Chambersburg police. He was charged with Propulsion of Missiles Into an Occupied Vehicle, officers said. Additional details were not immediately available.

5.2 Magnitude Earthquake Rocks Southern California
A powerful earthquake has just rocked much of southern California. The 5.2 magnitude quake struck at 1:08 p.m. Eastern time Monday, April 14, with its epicenter in San Diego County, about 2.5 miles south of the town of Julian, according to the United States Geological Survey. At least seven aftershocks were felt after the initial quake. It is not yet known if there are any reports of injuries or damage. The US Geological Survey said a 3.8 magnitude earthquake shook much of the Northeast on Monday, Jan. 27. The quake occurred at 10:45 a.m. and was initially reported as a 4.1 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter was located near York Harbor, approximately seven miles off the coast of Maine and about 13 miles underground. A garage and a home were damaged when a U-Haul truck exploded spraying someone's personal belongings in a Pennsylvania neighborhood, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 2. The explosion of the 2022 Ford F-650 U-Haul box truck happened in a driveway in Lafayette Township at 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, authorities explained.
